Tow Company Moves Fast for Car Dealers

We were contacted us last week to be the luxury car tow company by one of our car dealer partners. This small job gave us the opportunity to toot our own horn. Within an hour of receiving the call from the dealer, we had a flatbed out to move this Mercedes from the body shop back to the dealer. We take a lot of pride in reacting quickly and delivering top-notch service.

Details of Luxury Car Tow of Mercedes

Our North Shore Towing & Semi Truck Heavy Wrecker dispatcher was contacted to be the tow company for a Mercedes from a body shop to a car dealer. The luxury tow company team member was sent out to the body shop with a flatbed tow truck. He drove this flatbed from the body shop in Northbrook location to a nearby Mercedes dealer. He arrived within an hour of the call coming in. When he arrived to found that the Mercedes was parked in the front of the building.The luxury tow company team member went inside the body shop to get the paperwork and the keys. He talked to the office manager at the body shop. He walked out to the Mercedes. He then walked back to the flatbed tow truck and he lowered the ramp. The luxury tow company team member walked over the to the Mercedes. He opened the door of the car. He sat down in the car. The luxury tow company team member put his foot on the brake. He hit the ignition key of the car. The car started up. The luxury car tow team member took his foot of the brake and he put his foot lightly onto the gas and he drove the car closer to the flatbed trailer. He then drove the car up to the edge of the ramp of the flatbed. The left tire and the right tire hit the ramp at the same time. He drove up the ramp one foot. He drove up the ramp two more feet. He drove all the way up the ramp and put the car in park on the flat part of the flatbed. The luxury tow company team member then exited the car. He attached the Mercedes to the flatbed on the front tires with a towing strap. He then attached the Mercedes to the rear tires with a towing strap. The luxury tow company team member drove his flatbed from the body shop to the car dealer. It was only a fifteen minute drive. When he arrived at the car dealer. He parked his flatbed. He then lowered the ramp. The luxury tow company team member then detached the Mercedes front tires. He then detached the cars rear tires. He then unlocked the car. He sat down and he started the car. He then put the car into reverse and slowly backed the car up. He backed the car down the ramp. Once the Mercedes exited the ramp he turned the wheel and pulled it into a parking spot.
